Romania 
 

Founded in 2002 in Romania as Vitafort’s sole agent, MEDICOM SRL is a key member of the company group. Located in Cluj-Napoca, it is active throughout the country, supplying the parent company’s products and services in every region. During its operations it successfully connects Romanian animal holdings with local education and research bases, thus improving the viability of local farms.

Czech Republic

The Czech Republic is famous for its brewing industry and its excellent beers. 20 million hectolitres of beer are produced there annually, in a wide product range. Beer played an important part in the growth of Czech industry and within that the food industry. The Czech Republic, however, is not only famous for its beer; agriculture as a sector is also strong.

There are around 400,000 dairy cows registered in the country, representing a significant production value. Although it has less impressive livestock figures compared to the Czech Republic, the cattle farms of our northern neighbour are among the most modern facilities and they are steadily gaining ground on the competition.

Since 2017 Vitafort Zrt. has been working with its agencies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. We are represented by the owner of Farm Feed Kft., Dr. Peter Chudej, in both countries.

Slovakia
